Service status.
A short pointer to the systems we watch, and where incidents are published.
In plain language
The public status page covers the marketing site, the web app, the API, and email delivery. It is meant for outages and degraded service, not account-specific support.
The status page is available at https://afterward-care.betteruptime.com/ .
What we monitor.
The status page covers the parts of Afterward a family would notice if they were unavailable: the marketing site, the web application at app.afterward.care, the API, and email delivery for account and recipient messages.
Provider-level incidents may also affect Afterward. When that happens, the status page should say which surface is affected and what we know, without exposing customer information or internal incident notes.
