LEGAL · TRUST PLEDGE
The promises the product has to keep.
A private binder only earns trust if the company around it stays small in the right places. These are the lines we build around.
-
01
We cannot read your binder.
Your binder is sealed on your device before it reaches us. We hold the sealed envelope, not the words inside it.
-
02
Your people can read without becoming customers.
The person you name opens a browser link. They do not install an app, create an account, or learn our product before they can read what you left them.
-
03
You can leave with everything.
Every plan, including Free, can export the binder. Data portability is a trust promise, not a premium feature.
-
04
We will not build an advertising business.
Afterward is paid for by the people who use it. We do not sell data, buy data-broker profiles, or train models on what families write here.

The pledge is the plain-English contract. The security page shows how the architecture backs it up.
